Contract: Fixed Term – 12 Months

We’re seeking a confident, detail-oriented Recruitment Co-Ordinator for a 12-month maternity cover contract. This office-based role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about connecting great people with great opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing -In-House Recruitment Co-Ordinator, Chigwell, Essex

• Writing, managing, and refreshing job adverts to attract top talent
• Screening CV's and making timely first contact with candidates
• Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
• Managing candidate records and keeping databases updated
• Overseeing recruitment-focused social media activity
• Reporting progress and metrics to senior management
• Supporting wider People Team activities as needed

What We’re Looking For - In-House Recruitment Co-Ordinator, Chigwell, Essex

• Previous office administration experience (recruitment experience is a bonus)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
• Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Willingness and ability to work from our Chigwell office full-time
• A proactive attitude and a collaborative, team-first mindset
