In-house Recruiter

An established national construction and property consultancy with offices throughout the UK is seeking an in-house recruitment professional to lead its talent outreach function from its office in South East London / Kent. Working across all departments, from Designers to Surveyors to Support Team, this is a busy and varied role encompassing all forms of outreach: advertising; search; events; agency liaison and networking. You will inherit a highly-organised and successful set-up with the option to amend and develop as you wish - it#39;s a truly autonomous position working alongside with the senior management team. Responsibilities
  • Lead the talent outreach function across the organisation.
  • Coordinate all forms of outreach: advertising; search; events; agency liaison and networking.
  • Work across all departments (from Designers to Surveyors to Support Team).
  • Maintain and develop an already-established, highly-organised setup with autonomy to implement improvements in collaboration with the senior management team.
Qualifications

  • Salary bracket is as advertised with no flexibility noted.
  • This is not a senior management role and there is no team to manage.
