In-House Real Estate Lawyer (2–5 years') – Glasgow or Edinburgh

A unique opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Lawyer (2–5 years’) to join a highly regarded in-house legal team. This role offers the chance to work on a wide range of property matters while supporting the strategic priorities of a major organisation.

Responsibilities

• Advising on a full spectrum of real estate work, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development and asset management


• Working closely with stakeholders across the business to provide pragmatic, solutions-focused legal advice


• Contributing to significant projects with direct commercial impact


• Building strong relationships and gaining hands-on experience beyond private practice

Requirements

• 2–5 years’ PQE with experience in real estate matters, gained in private practice or in-house


• Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills


• Commercial awareness and the ability to balance legal and business considerations
