eNL is seeking an In-House Solicitor (Property Litigation) in Hertfordshire to support a residential leasehold property management business. The role focuses on building safety, complex title investigations, and substantial property litigation across England and Wales.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years' PQE in property litigation, strong residential property experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a dynamic legal team.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years' PQE as a Solicitor with property litigation experience.
• Strong experience in residential property law including leasehold/freehold title investigations.
• Experience in property disputes and building safety matters.
• Construction law experience would be advantageous.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience using MS Office and legal research platforms such as Westlaw and LexisNexis.

Aufgaben

• Advising on building safety and property management matters, both contentious and non-contentious.
• Investigating complex leasehold and freehold title structures.
• Drafting, reviewing and proofreading contracts, pleadings and external advice.
• Assisting with preparation of case files, court and tribunal filings and legal briefs.
• Drafting, reviewing and amending contracts, pleadings and other legal documents.
• Assisting with preparation of case files, court and tribunal documentation and legal briefs.
