Qualifications

• The candidate will have experience as a paralegal with exposure to commercial contracts and legal administration.
• Comfort reviewing, managing and maintaining contractual documentation.
• Interest in technology, innovation, IP and commercialisation activities.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently while supporting a collaborative in-house team.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the legal team with drafting, review and administration of commercial agreements.
• Assisting with intellectual property due diligence and portfolio management activities.
• Managing legal documentation, contract records and compliance processes.
• Liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate commercial transactions.
• Providing general legal and administrative support across a busy and varied in-house function.
