Qualifications

• Experience as a paralegal with exposure to commercial contracts and legal administration.
• Comfortable reviewing and maintaining contractual documentation.
• Interest in technology, innovation, IP and commercialisation activities.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and strong stakeholder management.
• Capable of independent work while supporting a collaborative legal team.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing and administering a range of commercial agreements.
• Assisting with IP due diligence and portfolio management.
• Managing legal documents, contract records and compliance processes.
• Liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate transactions.
• Providing general legal and administrative support across a busy in-house function.
