Together Limited, based in Cheadle, is seeking an experienced litigation paralegal to support a high-volume caseload within our in-house legal team. You will assist with case administration, deadlines and documentation, working closely with senior counsel and an apprentice solicitor.

As part of our Group Legal Department, you will play a key role in supporting the litigation function by proactively managing a high-volume and fast-moving caseload of customer legal claims, with a particular focus on claims arising from Claims Management Companies (CMCs). Working closely with the Head of Litigation, Legal Counsel and an Apprentice Solicitor, you will manage day-to-day case administration, ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements, prepare case documentation and support the team's strategic approach to claims handling. The role will also provide litigation and enforcement support to the Group's Recoveries function, assisting with matters relating to possession proceedings, receivership appointments, bankruptcy proceedings, security enforcement and recovery actions alongside our external legal panel. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigation paralegal who is highly organised, detail-oriented and motivated to broaden their expertise within an in-house legal team operating in a fast-paced financial services environment.
