The In-house Paralegal will be:Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating healthcare procurement contracts for high-value transactionsCoordinating with procurement, operations, and external parties to ensure smooth contract deliverySupporting contract lifecycle management, including amendments, renewals, and compliance trackingHelping to develop and refine template contracts and streamline processes where possibleMaintaining accurate contract records, exercising discretion and legal confidentiality in all interactions

Profile

The In-house Paralegal should be:A paralegal or equivalent with 1+ year of commercial contract or procurement experienceComfortable drafting and negotiating formal agreements for high-value dealsPragmatic and detailed, with excellent organisational and communication skillsProactive and collaborative, capable of engaging with non-legal teams like procurementAdaptable, with keen attention to confidentiality and compliance in healthcare contexts
