Job summary

PRS is seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to oversee M&E maintenance and manage the outsourced service provider for a West London mixed-use estate. The role focuses on delivering reliable mechanical, electrical, transport and public health services to tenants while protecting landlord assets.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• at least five years as Technical/Engineering Services Manager.

Responsibilities

• Organise and attend monthly meetings with contractors and monitor performance of M&E services.
• Audit plant operations and review contractor reports to ensure optimal service for occupiers.
• Manage engineering service charge budgets, procurement, and contract administration.
• Develop and maintain asset registers, PPMs, and energy conservation programs.
• Liaise with building managers, occupiers, and tenant consultants on operational and technical issues.
