Law Staff Legal Recruitment seeks a 2-4 PQE Commercial Litigation Associate Solicitor to join a renowned Dispute Resolution team in Hertfordshire. The role involves handling insolvency-related litigation, cross-border corporate disputes, and mentoring junior colleagues.

Formación

• 2-4 years PQE in commercial litigation
• Technically strong with ability to mentor juniors
• Business development and client relationship skills

Responsabilidades

• Handle insolvency-related litigation and related admin
• Manage allocated caseload with sound file management and time recording
• Cross-sell and refer work to other departments
• Attend networking and firm events and assist in marketing strategies
