The role involves supporting our UK renewable energy projects, including wind, solar, and battery storage, across the project development, construction, and operational phases.

The responsibilities include drafting and negotiating contracts such as EPC, grid connection, O&M, lease, and joint venture agreements, ensuring compliance with UK energy, environmental, planning, and land-use regulations. The legal counsel will also support permitting, regulatory processes, stakeholder engagement, legal dispute management, and supervise external counsel when necessary.

Additional duties encompass supporting M&A and financing transactions, implementing internal policies, and maintaining legal documentation.
