Job Description:

This worldwide leading technology powerhouse is seeking a Commercial Lawyer (2–4 PQE) to join its high-performing in-house legal team. This is a unique opportunity to work on strategic, high-value technology and outsourcing deals that are shaping digital transformation on a global scale.

The Role:

You will lead key IT services transactions, support commercial and contractual delivery, and guide stakeholders through complex deal lifecycles. The role also involves strategic input on distressed accounts, pre-litigation commercial disputes, and mentoring within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead negotiations on major IT services contracts
• Manage live agreements and contractual performance
• Provide input on contract resets, rebaselining, and issue resolution
• Support training, know-how, and innovation initiatives within Legal
• UK solicitor qualified from a top law firm with 2–4 PQE and experience in commercial contracts and/or IT/outsourcing deals
• Strong understanding of commercial risk, stakeholder management, and financial acumen
• Confident negotiator with a solutions-focused, collaborative approach
• Experience with complex project delivery or distressed matters is a plus
