• Capacité à fournir des conseils juridiques commerciaux.

• Soutenir les objectifs stratégiques de l'entreprise.
• Travailler au sein d'une petite équipe juridique.

Job Description:

The postholder will advise on a range of secured lending transactions whilst supporting the business to meet its strategic objectives. Working as part of a small legal team, the role offers excellent variety and the opportunity to be part of an organization well placed for growth and expansion over the coming years. Candidates are expected to demonstrate the following:

• UK Qualified lawyers with circa 5 years plus PQE and excellent law firm credentials
• Secured lending experience
• A team player with the ability to provide stakeholders with effective and commercial legal advice
