Job summary

HSE Recruitment Network is seeking an LCA Specialist to join its client’s expanding in-house carbon team and lead development of internal LCA capabilities across live construction and infrastructure projects.

You’ll influence how life cycle assessment is integrated into projects, share knowledge within the team, and help build a robust LCA capability with lasting value. Based in Birmingham with occasional travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in a dedicated LCA role, ideally gained within consultancy.
• Interest in applying expertise in-house across construction or infrastructure projects.
• Confidence to share knowledge and help a team develop LCA capability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen the in-house LCA capability across live projects.
• Support the carbon team and integrate LCA insights into project delivery.
• Influence approach to LCA and build lasting value across the business.
