Our client is seeking a lawyer or contracts specialist responsible for managing customer, vendor, and business partner contracts. The position reports to a Senior Stakeholder and the General Counsel.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven significant experience in drafting, negotiating, and implementing commercial contracts.
• Qualified Lawyer (Common Law Jurisdiction) with 3+ years PQE.
• Experience advising and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, including international contracts under foreign laws.
• Strong negotiation skills, especially for high-value contracts.
• Extensive experience working within or for a software or IT company (Essential).
• Experience with software licensing, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, etc. (Essential).
• Ability to produce and present reports to diverse audiences.
• Experience advising on global data protection issues, including EU GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed to clients and offices.

This role is based in the UK with a remote working arrangement.
