We have recently been instructed by a leading UK Private Equity sponsor who is looking to add a Fund Finance lawyer to the London-based legal team. This role is on a part-time basis (3 days per week, with 2 days in the office and 1 day flexible working).

Responsibilities

• Support the structuring, negotiation, and ongoing maintenance and operation of the credit facilities of the Sponsor’s funds.
