Job summary

Abri is recruiting for a Registered Nurse to join our in-house Health Surveillance Team in Eastleigh, delivering baseline and periodic health surveillance to colleagues across Abri.

You will conduct audiometry, spirometry, HAVS and skin surveillance, explain outcomes, and work with OH, Health & Safety, HR and operations to ensure accessible, compliant services. The role is permanent, 22.5 hours per week, based from Eastleigh with travel.

Qualifications

• You'll be a Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• You'll hold an Occupational Health qualification (Diploma or Certificate).
• You'll have occupational health or statutory health surveillance experience.
• You'll be competent in audiometry, spirometry and HAVS surveillance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver baseline and periodic health surveillance (audiometry, spirometry, questionnaires, HAVS, skin).
• Explain assessments and outcomes clearly; interpret results per protocols.
• Coach and sign off practice of Occupational Health Technicians and Coordinators.
• Depute for the Occupational Health Surveillance Nurse Manager when required.
• Maintain confidential records and produce reports; support audits and quality improvement.
