In-house Graphic Designer – The Overview

We are looking for an In-House Graphic Designer to join our Marketing department at Generator HQ in London. As a talented designer, you will be confident in creating new concepts and producing exceptional work with a strong portfolio. You’ll be experienced in creating a visual language from identity and guidelines and producing collateral for digital and print channels alike.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Create on-brand marketing materials including brochures, flyers, invitations, presentations, newsletters, posters, etc.
  2. Lead the creation of design concepts for various projects with guidance from the Marketing Director.
  3. Support marketing and design collateral for all Generator properties worldwide.
  4. Develop social media collateral, advertisements, and branding assets.
  5. Compile and edit videos to create high-quality editorial content.
  6. Lead and develop a junior team member.
  7. Maintain and refine a strong brand visual style.
  8. Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet specifications.
  9. Understand and apply best design practices to evolve assets and templates.
  10. Contribute ideas to engage consumers innovatively.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • 3+ years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
  • Experience with print, digital design, and video editing (Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; Premiere/After Effects a plus).
  • Understanding of brand guidelines and project management from brief to completion.
  • Strong conceptual skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle feedback.
  • Interest in travel and hospitality industries.
  • Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Social media savvy and innovative thinking.
