Job summary

Auriens Group is creating an in-house digital leadership role to oversee paid media, websites, analytics and marketing technology across Auriens and Draycott, reporting to the Group Marketing Director.

You will collaborate with agencies, set priorities, brief partners, and translate data into actionable decisions to improve performance for both brands, with a focus on UX, SEO, tracking, and CRM integrations.

Qualifications

• At least five years in digital marketing/performance roles with measurable outcomes.
• Strong paid media knowledge and ability to assess media plans and budgets.
• Understanding of website optimisation, UX, conversion and SEO; experience with partners.
• Strong analytics and measurement knowledge (GA4, tracking, attribution, dashboards).
• Good understanding of CRM and marketing tech, data flows and reporting.
• Experience managing external agencies and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-house digital expertise connecting partners and giving a clear view of performance.
• Lead paid media planning, budget recommendations, testing agenda and optimization.
• Oversee website performance, UX priorities and lead capture, and manage development partners.
• Oversee SEO and technical performance with partners and content ownership stays with Marketing Managers.
• Ensure tracking, attribution and dashboards give reliable performance insights.
• Manage CRM systems, data flows, integrations and reporting to support customer journeys.
