Beacon Legal is seeking a commercially minded Legal Counsel to join its in-house team in the UK. This broad, hands-on role covers structured finance, derivatives, trading and general commercial work, with exposure to senior stakeholders and fast-moving projects.

You will draft and negotiate complex agreements, support financing transactions from structuring to execution, and contribute to processes and playbooks as the business grows.

Formación

• England and Wales qualified solicitor with ~2–3 years’ PQE.
• Experience at top-tier law firm in structured finance, derivatives, banking & finance.
• Hands-on derivatives experience including ISDA or market-standard docs.
• Strong drafting skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
• Interest in moving in-house and owning broad legal remit.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review and negotiate structured finance, derivatives, trading and commercial agreements.
• Support financing transactions and projects from structuring through execution and ongoing matters.
• Advise on derivatives and trading documentation, including ISDA docs where relevant.
• Provide advice on contractual rights, risk allocation and dispute avoidance.
• Collaborate with commercial, finance, risk and operations teams.
• Develop legal processes, templates and playbooks as the business grows.
