Our client is a Top 100 UK professional services firm with a strong client base in the entertainment industry, seeking a commercially minded Corporate Associate to join its dynamic in-house legal and advisory team. The role covers corporate and commercial matters, with a focus on corporate transactions.

The Role

You will work as part of an integrated team advising on high-value national transactions including M&A, investments, and group restructures. This is a rare in-house opportunity to engage in complex deal work with the flexibility to work remotely or from the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising on M&A, investments, and restructures
• Leading legal due diligence and transaction documentation
• Drafting commercial contracts and corporate documents
• Collaborating with finance, tax, and audit teams
