The Role

This company, quickly establishing a name in the industry, seeks an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to lead the Conveyancing department and join the management team.

Based in the West End, you will be at the forefront of the legal team, handling matters directly from the sales team and liaising with other departments. You will manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, oversee outsourcing, and maintain external relationships. Additionally, you will participate in strategic decisions, efficiency improvements, and staff training as part of the management board.

Requirements:

• You will be a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with at least 6 years PQE (no upper limit with experience)
