In-House Contracts Manager

Our client, a property management company, is seeking a Contracts Manager to join their team in Sheffield.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

1. Managing and maintaining the full lifecycle of commercial and supplier contracts, ensuring legal compliance.
2. Supporting procurement processes including vendor selection, negotiation, and performance monitoring.
3. Contributing to the development and submission of bids and tenders, coordinating input across departments.
4. Monitoring contract performance against KPIs and service-level agreements.
5. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contract terms in collaboration with legal and operational stakeholders.
6. Supporting the management of risk, compliance, and governance related to commercial partnerships.
7. Maintaining accurate records and providing contract analysis and reporting to support decision making.
8. Acting as a liaison between legal, finance, operations, suppliers, and clients on contract-related matters.

Candidates should have a strong background in contracts, procurement, and commercial operations, with at least 4 years of contract management experience within legal, procurement, or related fields.

This role involves working closely with the commercial and legal teams, managing end-to-end contracts, procurement support, and coordinating bid and tender submissions.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing supplier and client agreements, with a thorough understanding of compliance and commercial risk.

This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth and operational excellence of the organization.

It is a permanent role, with a hybrid working arrangement requiring at least 3 days in the Sheffield office.
