Our client, a property management company, is seeking a Contracts Manager to join their property management business in Gloucestershire.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
You will have a strong background in contracts, procurement, and commercial operations, with at least 4 years of contract management experience within the legal profession, procurement, or a related field.
This role involves working closely with the commercial and legal teams and managing end-to-end contracts, procurement support, and bid/tender development.
You should have proven experience managing supplier and client agreements, with a thorough understanding of compliance and commercial risk.
This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth and operational excellence of the organization.
This is a permanent role with a hybrid working model, requiring at least 3 days in the Gloucestershire office.
