In-House Contracts Manager
Our client, a property management company, is seeking a Contracts Manager to join their property management business in Gloucestershire.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
You will have a strong background in contracts, procurement, and commercial operations. You will have at least 4 years contract management experience gained within the legal profession, procurement, or related field.
This role will work closely with the commercial and legal team and will be responsible for end-to-end management of contracts, procurement support and the development and co-ordination of bid and tender submissions.
You will have proven experience in managing supplier and client agreements, alongside a thorough understanding of compliance and commercial risk. This role offers the chance to contribute meaningfully to the strategic growth and operational excellence of the organisation.
