Job summary

Construction Legal Counsel role at a hugely successful UK headquartered design studio. You will undertake a diverse and broad role, focusing on non-contentious construction matters, with potential involvement in contentious work.

You will be part of an impressive in-house legal team of five and report directly to the General Counsel, enjoying substantial autonomy to run your own caseload from day one and exposure to stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in non-contentious Construction matters.
• In-house experience not required.
• Qualified lawyer with approximately 2-7 years PQE.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of non-contentious construction matters and potentially some contentious work.
• Autonomously manage a caseload with support from the General Counsel and in-house team.
