QED Legal Recruitment Limited is working with a well-established in-house legal team in Manchester to recruit a Commercial Solicitor (2-4 PQE). The role offers hybrid working and real ownership of your work within a busy commercial environment.

You will draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts, provide practical commercial advice to stakeholders, and support business-critical projects. England & Wales qualified or due to qualify soon?

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) or due to qualify imminently.
• 2-4 years' PQE in commercial law.
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts and agreements.
• Provide practical, commercially focused legal advice to stakeholders.
• Support business-critical projects and commercial negotiations.
• Work closely with internal teams to identify and manage legal risk.
• Take ownership of matters from instruction through completion.
