Job summary

QED Legal in Manchester is seeking a Commercial Contracts Solicitor (2–4 PQE) to join a busy, forward-thinking team. The role offers hybrid working with three days in the office and exposure to high-volume, business-critical contract work.

You will draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts, collaborate with internal stakeholders and deliver practical, solutions-focused advice in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) or due to qualify imminently.
• 2-4 years’ PQE in commercial contracts.
• Experience in commercial contracts via training or PQE.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts and agreements.
• Work on a range of other legal matters.
• Support fast-moving commercial projects with practical, solutions-focused advice.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency and best practice across contracts.
