In House Commercial / Public Procurement Lawyer - Tech/IT sector - West Midlands (80% remote)

We are working with a fast growing Tech/IT organisation based in the West Midlands in their search for a commercial lawyer with significant public procurement experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a lawyer with public procurement experience to utilise & develop their skillset in an exciting sector.

Working alongside other senior lawyers, you will take the lead on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating business critical contracts with the companies public sector client base, and you will be a key point of contact for internal stakeholders within the business.

It is essential that you have experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts subject to the public procurement regulations, either in an in house role or within private practice.

The role requires some office contact a minimum of 1 day per week in the West Midlands office, so you can work from home 80% of the time.
