You will support the newly appointed Head of Commercial Property and work across a variety of real estate matters including lease renewals, licences to alter, and key projects. Description

The In-house Commercial Property Solicitor will be / have:

1. Advising on a wide range of commercial property matters including lease renewals, licences to alter, assignments, and ad hoc real estate issues.
2. Working closely with the Head of Commercial Property to manage key projects.
3. Managing your own caseload while collaborating with internal stakeholders.
4. Supporting the wider legal team.
5. Contributing to the development and implementation of legal strategies for key property projects.

Profile

The In-house Commercial Property Solicitor should be:

1. A qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with at least 2 years PQE plus in commercial property law.
2. Proven experience advising on lease agreements, renewals, and commercial property transactions.
3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with business stakeholders.
4. Experience working in an in-house or private practice environment.
5. A proactive and commercial approach to problem-solving and legal advice.
6. Be able to work near Bradford on a hybrid basis.
