Computacenter's Group Legal team offers a one-year in-house legal placement for undergraduates. You will gain hands-on experience handling customer and supplier contracts, bid support, negotiations, and a range of commercial queries, reporting to the UK Head of Legal.

You will draft and review agreements, maintain internal records, and use AI tools for legal research while collaborating across the business. This role emphasizes professional development and exposure to the IT industry.

Formación

• You’ll be a current law student (or equivalent), having completed or about to complete your second year of undergraduate study.
• A genuine interest in commercial law and a proactive approach with strong attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Maintaining our internal legal records, resources, and databases.
• Conducting legal research using AI legal platforms and other tools.
• Providing regulatory and compliance support to legal advisers and contract managers.
• Supporting with ad hoc legal and administrative requests, using AI where appropriate.
• Working alongside legal advisers to support the review, negotiation, and drafting of customer and supplier contracts, including confidentiality agreements, goods and services agreements, order forms, local services agreements, and statements of work.
• Managing the legal inbox, including responding to queries and allocating matters across the wider team.
• Mentoring work experience students.
• Attending relevant external keynotes, seminars, and webinars.
