Think Legal Recruitment is seeking an in-house Commercial Counsel with 2–6 years’ PQE to join a growing business in Sheffield. You’ll focus on drafting, reviewing, negotiating commercial contracts and handling IP matters, providing pragmatic advice to stakeholders across the organisation.

You'll work closely with internal teams, manage legal risk, and help shape policies and processes while developing your in-house experience in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• 2–6 years PQE required
• Experience in commercial contracts is essential
• Exposure to intellectual property matters is advantageous
• Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills
• Commercial approach with the ability to provide clear and pragmatic advice
• Comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels and managing a varied workload

Responsabilidades

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts.
• Advising on contractual terms, risks and commercial arrangements.
• Providing legal support on intellectual property matters, including IP rights, licensing and protection.
• Working closely with internal stakeholders to provide practical, commercially minded legal advice.
• Identifying and managing legal risks while supporting the wider business objectives.
• Supporting the development and improvement of legal processes, policies and procedures.
• Assisting with wider legal matters as required.
