QED Legal LLP is assisting a Lincolnshire-based client to hire a Commercial Solicitor / Legal Counsel from newly qualified up to 4 PQE in an in-house capacity. The role focuses on commercial contracts, IP and licensing, with exposure to technology and content matters and broad business-facing counsel.

You will work closely with the GC and senior management to draft, review and negotiate agreements, advise on regulatory issues, and help manage commercial risk in a growing entrepreneurial

Formación

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 2–4 years' PQE.
• Strong grounding in commercial contract drafting and negotiation.
• Interest in IP, licensing, technology or related matters.
• Commercially minded with ability to advise across the business.
• Willing to work closely with non-legal stakeholders.
• Open to in-house career development.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements with customers, suppliers, technology providers and partners.
• Work on licensing agreements, including IP and technology matters.
• Support IP matters and the licensing and exploitation of IP.
• Provide practical, commercially focused legal advice to stakeholders.
• Support regulatory and compliance matters relevant to the business.
• Deal with ad hoc legal issues in a fast-moving business.
• Work closely with senior management to identify and manage legal and commercial risk.
