This role will also directly support content creation across the personal brand of our founder, Matthew Kelly—spanning his podcast, YouTube, founder content, and broader storytelling efforts to build a standout presence online.

The Mission

To capture, edit and produce world-class video content that elevates our brand, amplifies our founder’s voice, and drives visibility, engagement, and conversion across every channel—YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, podcast platforms, and beyond.

This is not just about pretty edits—it’s about telling stories that drive action. You’ll play a key role in helping us go from “that’s a cool brand” to “this is a movement.”

The Role

We’re looking for a highly creative and fast-moving videographer/editor who can own the entire video process—from pre-production and any scripting to filming and editing. You’ll be embedded in the day-to-day of our brand, office, and podcast studio. This is a hybrid, hands-on role where you’ll be expected to film content in London (and occasionally abroad) regularly and work directly with our Founder.

You’ll need to be equally comfortable behind the camera and in the editing suite, turning around content quickly, iterating based on performance, and always pushing for better.

What You’ll Own

  • End-to-end ownership of video production across Spacegoods brand channels and the founder’s personal brand (podcast, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok)
  • Filming and editing long-form and short-form content: podcast episodes, product ads, YouTube documentaries, BTS reels, founder content, creative brand campaigns
  • Creating video assets for paid media, web, and product launches
  • Filming on-site in our London space multiple days a week (studio, office, product shoots, lifestyle content)
  • Editing short-form vertical content for virality, storytelling, and performance
  • Optimising content for speed, hook rate, retention and scroll-stopping value
  • Coordinating with SMM, creative team and founder on content calendars and launches
  • Maintaining consistent brand quality and elevating visual identity across all touchpoints
  • Archiving and managing raw footage and editing workflows
  • Staying ahead of content trends, editing styles, music, and viral formats

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of hands-on videography and editing experience
  • Full proficiency in Adobe Premiere / Final Cut Pro and other editing tools
  • Strong visual eye and sense of storytelling, pacing, and aesthetics
  • Experience filming with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting, and audio setup
  • Deep understanding of TikTok, Reels, Shorts and YouTube formats
  • High attention to detail, ability to hit deadlines and turn around edits fast
  • Hunger to produce scroll-stopping, performance-driven video content
  • Self-starter mentality — you can run with a vision and bring ideas to life
  • Obsessed with content — you love YouTube, social, and internet culture
  • Comfortable working closely with a founder and being in the mix day-to-day
  • Passion for wellness, performance, storytelling and building something great

Nice-to-Haves

  • Motion graphics or animation ability (After Effects)
  • Interest or experience in podcast production or running multi-cam shoots
  • Photography or thumbnail design skills
  • Experience working in fast-growth DTC brands or creator-led companies
