Job summary

Generator Hostels ltd. in London is seeking an In-House Graphic Designer to join the Marketing team at Generator HQ. You will create compelling concepts and develop an on-brand visual language across digital and print channels, with a strong portfolio to prove your prowess.

You will lead design concepts, support global collateral, and craft social media assets while preserving our brand style. Collaboration with the Marketing Director and mentoring a junior designer are key parts of the role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years graphic design experience with a strong portfolio across digital and print
• Experience creating on-brand marketing materials and visual language from identity guidelines
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator (and video tools a bonus)
• Ability to lead junior designers and deliver to strict deadlines

Responsibilities

• Create on-brand marketing materials (brochures, posters, presentations, newsletters)
• Lead concept generation for a range of projects with guidance from Marketing Director
• Support global marketing collateral (posters, signage, menus, merchandise)
• Produce social media collateral and branding assets for various platforms
• Compile and edit videos for editorial content using video tools
• Lead and develop a junior designer to support team goals
• Maintain and evolve the brand visual style across all outputs
• Assist with social copywriting and engaging content ideas
• Ensure projects meet specifications and deadlines
• Share innovative design ideas to engage consumers
