Job summary

Housr is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to support our global marketing team in the UK and US markets. You will help create design materials for university students and partnerships, spanning digital and print assets for on-campus screens, posters, decks, and sales collateral.

The role requires 1–2 years of graphic design experience, strong Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign and Figma skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.occasionally longer hours

Qualifications

One to two years of graphic design experience, ideally within a marketing or agency environment.
A sound understanding of the university student demographic and what resonates with them visually.
A careful eye and a commitment to producing high-quality, on-brand designs.
Able to manage multiple projects at once and respond to changing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Strong demonstrable skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Figma.

Responsibilities

Produce high-quality graphic assets for print and digital media following brand guidelines.
Design for online and offline channels including on-campus screens, posters, flyers, social graphics and banners.
Review and polish pitch decks, partnership presentations and sales collateral for university and institutional stakeholders.
Create event and outreach collateral for universities, education fairs, conferences and partnerships.
Collaborate with global marketing, Graphic Designer and Product Designer to deliver consistent work.
Work primarily in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, producing designs to a professional standard.
Motion graphics experience is a plus but not required.
