Job summary

JH Turkington & Sons Ltd is seeking a results-driven Retail Sales Representative to drive design-led sales of windows, doors and conservatories in NI and ROI. You will meet homeowners, provide solutions, prepare quotations and guide customers through the order process to completion.

The role emphasizes building trust, meeting targets, and working with the operations team to ensure a smooth buying journey from enquiry to installation.

Qualifications

• Excellent IT literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• A full current driving licence and high level of accuracy.
• Strong customer service and knowledge of the sales process from enquiry to closing.

Responsibilities

• Providing design advice and presenting product options.
• Preparing accurate quotations and explaining pricing clearly.
• Following up on enquiries and quotations to maximise sales opportunities.
• Completing customer contracts, and other administrative duties.
• Maintaining excellent communication with customers throughout the process.
• Working toward and achieving sales targets.
• Fulfilling scheduled showroom duties, as per rota.
• Attending exhibitions, trade shows and promotional events as required.
