Job summary

Brightening Lives in Harrogate is seeking a compassionate Female Personal Assistant to support individuals living in their own homes and communities. You will help with daily routines, personal care, and companionship to promote independence and wellbeing.

Shifts are flexible between 7:00am and 10:00pm, with a minimum of 4 hours during the day and occasional sleep-ins; alternate weekends are required. A full UK driving licence and access to your own car are preferred, and a caring, dependable

Qualifications

• A full UK driving licence is required.
• Access to your own car is required.
• Caring, positive and dependable approach.
• Good communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships.
• Confidence working independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility and a willingness to adapt to different people's needs.
• A genuine desire to support people to live independently.
• Previous care experience is helpful, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support daily routines and personal care.
