Job summary

Disability Action Yorkshire is hiring a Personal Assistant / Support Worker in Harrogate to help people live life their way. You will provide personal care, support daily living tasks, and assist with accessing the community, home care across Harrogate, Ripon and Knaresborough.

Flexibility is essential, with part-time or full-time contracts (5–37.5 hours/week). A driving licence and access to a car are required, and the role offers training, progression, and a friendly, person-centered

Personal Care Assistant / Support Worker

Location: New supported living apartments in Harrogate + home care support across Harrogate, Ripon, Knaresborough, and surrounding areas

Salary: £13.03 per hour + paid travel time & 45p per mile

Hours: Flexible contracts available (5-37.5 hours per week, full or part-time)

As this role is community-based, you'll need a full driving licence, access to your own car, and business insurance.

The Role
