Job summary

Trust Housing Association Limited is seeking a Later Living Carer to help older people live independently and with dignity at Crusader Court, Livingston. You will provide person-centred care, supporting daily routines, personal care and wellbeing to help customers stay safe and confident in their own homes.

You’ll work as part of a supportive team, keeping clear care records and building trusting relationships with customers to maintain their autonomy and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with daily routines, personal care, medication, mobility, nutrition, wellbeing and companionship.
• Keep accurate care records and work with colleagues to maintain high-quality care.
