Job summary

Trust Housing Association Ltd. in Galashiels is seeking a Later Living Carer to provide high-quality, person-centred care in customers’ own homes across Scotland.

You will support daily routines, personal care, medication, mobility and nutrition while using digital records and keeping care notes up to date. Qualifications

• We’re looking for someone kind, patient and reliable who communicates well, works as part of a team and cares about helping older people live with dignity, choice and independence.
• You don’t need to be a digital expert, but you should be comfortable using online systems, emails and digital records as part of your day-to-day work.

Responsibilities

• A typical day might include supporting customers with daily routines, personal care, medication, mobility, nutrition, wellbeing and companionship, while working with colleagues and keeping accurate care records.
• As a Later Living Carer, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care that helps customers stay independent, safe and well in their own home.
