Job summary

Routes Healthcare is seeking dedicated care staff for complex care in Crewe, providing 1-2-1 support to clients in their own homes with 24/7 clinical supervision. You will work on complex cases and training is provided.

The role requires UK work rights, a valid driving licence, and at least 6 months UK care experience, with opportunities to specialise in complex care skills and advance with guaranteed hours after probation.

Qualifications

• The right to work in the UK without employer sponsorship.
• A full valid UK driving licence.
• At least 6 months paid care experience in the UK, ideally with complex care.
• Reliable, compassionate, and committed to delivering excellent clinical care.
• Willingness to complete specialist training in complex care skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-2-1 care in the client's own home.
• Work solo or as part of a 2-person team on double-up care packages.
• Follow detailed care plans created by our clinical team.
• Maintain accurate care records and clinical documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the wider care team.
• Support clients with complex care needs including tracheostomy, ventilation, and PEG feeding.
