Rainbow Care Solutions Ltd is a well-established domiciliary care provider with over 20 years of experience, operating across four branches. We are currently seeking dedicated care assistants to join our team and provide outstanding in-home support to clients in the community.

We offer fully funded NVQ training and external training with clear career pathways, including opportunities to move into supervision and management roles.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential personal care and support to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily tasks such as meal preparation, medication management and light housekeeping.
• Help clients maintain independence and dignity and build positive relationships.
