As a Home Carer you will deliver essential personal care in clients' homes, assist with meals, medication management, and light housekeeping, helping clients maintain independence and dignity. Fully funded NVQ training and clear career progression are available.

Qualifications

• A full UK driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
• Compassionate and empathetic nature.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential personal care and support to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily tasks such as meal preparation, medication management, and light housekeeping.
• Help clients maintain independence and dignity.
• Build positive, professional relationships with clients and their families.
• Report changes in clients' conditions promptly.
