Qualifications

• Previous domiciliary care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of safeguarding adults and confidentiality best practices.
• Willingness to complete Care Certificate or NVQ/QCF Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care tailored to individual needs.
• Assist with personal care including washing, dressing and toileting.
• Support mobility and safe movement in the home.
• Assist with meal preparation, nutrition, and hydration.
• Support with medication administration or prompting per care plans.
• Maintain records of care provided and report changes promptly.
• Promote independence, companionship and social inclusion.
• Work with families and other health professionals to deliver care.
