Job summary

Centurion Staunch Innovative Solutions Ltd. is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support clients in their own homes around Romford. The role offers zero-hours flexibility, with shifts that fit around your lifestyle, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

You will help with personal care, meal prep, and companionship, while safeguarding clients' dignity and independence. Full training and DBS checks are provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in assisted living or dementia care is preferred but not required if you have transferable skills.
• Excellent communication, hospitable demeanour, and ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: assisting clients with daily routines, including washing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Medication Support: prompting or safely administering medication per individual care plans.
• Meal Preparation: preparing nutritious meals and ensuring adequate hydration.
• Companionship & Wellbeing: providing emotional support and monitoring changes in health to report to management.
• Record Keeping: maintaining accurate daily care logs.
