Multiple positions are available to deliver services such as personal care, domestic assistance, transport, social support, community participation, and group activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Certificate III in Individual Support Aged Care or willingness to obtain
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Experience working with frail aged people, including those with dementia and complex needs
• Ability to monitor clients and report behavioral or health changes
• Experience in personal care, including mobility aids
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Understanding of WHS issues and risk management
• Insured and registered motor vehicle with a current NSW Driver’s Licence
• Multilingual speakers are encouraged to apply
• Experience in aged care is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided
