We have an exciting opportunity to work for a nationally recognised E-Bike business, considered to be the leader in its field. Pay rates from £13.50 per hour. The role of In Field E-Bike Mechanic is based in Oxford.

You don’t need any experience, however you will preferably come from and engineering or mechanical background; we offer full support for you to succeed in your role! First Call Contract Services are an employer of choice for candidates from many backgrounds, such as delivery driver, warehouse, customer service, support worker, retail associate, cleaner and many more.

About You:

• Experience as a mechanic in the automotive/transportation industry
• An Electrical engineering or mechanic background – qualifications such as Cytech level 2 or similar are hugely advantageous
• Ability to lift up to 65lbs / 30kg on a frequent basis required
• Ability to operate a mobile device including having knowledge of in app based workflows. iOS experience preferred
• Good communicator with the ability to read and follow instructions
• Willingness to learn, a great attitude and ability to work well with others teamwork is key to success!
• Full, clean UK Driving License

What You’ll Do as an In Field E-Bike Mechanic in Oxford:

• Ensure operational compliance and safety of all electric vehicles
• Drive from location to location to complete tasks
• Collecting and Deploying E-Bikes
• Perform a variety repairs from basic maintenance to complex electronic part replacement
• Maintain and abide by safety and hygiene standards within the warehouse
• Maximise the number of operational vehicles by efficiently completing tasks assigned
• Identify issues and find creative solutions to overcome obstacles
• Safely operate a pallet jack and/or push cart on a frequent basis
• Additional job related tasks as assigned
• Receive additional training to become a great mechanic!

All shifts for In Field E-Bike Mechanic are 16:00-00:00 and the below shift patterns are available.

• Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday
