Job summary

TVS Supply Chain Solutions in the UK is seeking a Compliance & IMS Lead to own and continuously improve the organisation's Integrated Management System across a complex supply chain spanning the UK and Europe. You will lead compliance as a business enabler, embedding governance into day-to-day operations.

Reporting to the Head of Compliance, you will drive simplification, ensure ISO standards are integrated, manage audits and certification cycles, and enable SMEs to apply requirements

Qualifications

• Proven experience owning and managing an Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Experience across multiple ISO standards (9001, 27001, 14001, 45001, 22301).
• Experience with broader regulatory frameworks (PCI-DSS, GDPR/DPA, CE/CE+).
• Ability to simplify and embed compliance in operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the IMS.
• Embed compliance requirements into operational processes and supplier management.
• Manage audits, certifications, and non-conformity remediation.
• Support SMEs across information security, safety, quality, sustainability and operations.
