Job Opportunity: IMS Coordinator at Saint-Gobain Interior Solutions
Location: Loughborough, East Midlands, UK (Hybrid work possible, with travel across the UK)
Saint-Gobain Interior Solutions (SGIS) is seeking an IMS Coordinator to join our Integrated Management Systems team.

We are open to applicants based out of other SGIS sites across the UK. The role involves travel and occasional overnight stays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, update, and improve the Q-Pulse Cloud quality management system
- Manage customer questionnaires and communicate throughout the process
- Develop digital training packages to communicate key business processes
- Support compliance across the business with processes and procedures
- Assist with audits and ensure standards are met
- Conduct root cause analyses and follow up on corrective actions
- Present to stakeholders on process updates, training, or support activities
- Participate in wider SGIS activities and initiatives
Candidate Profile:
- Process-oriented with high attention to detail
- Understanding of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001, 50001) is preferred
- Audit experience is beneficial
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong administrative, coordination, and time-management skills
- Knowledge of improvement methods
